We offer private yoga therapy sessions and group yoga instruction to people in all stages of life and wellness. Trained in India with the Desikachar family, we teach with an authentic, stabilizing, healing approach. Through combining all of the tools of yoga, including postures, breathing, meditation, chanting, gestures, philosophy, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, we work on the body, mind, emotions, and energetic levels of each person we teach.
