Re-Membering me is the result of many years of practical research. This is to say that I am one who has known physical, spiritual, and mental dis-ease. I am also one who has come to know the freedom from them. My credentials list that I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Wellness Coach, Ordained Minister, Guided Meditation Facilitator as well as a few others that seem irrelevant at this time in my life. This list speaks of my qualifications but not necessarily of who I am. I am a woman who has made a commitment to foster growth and nurture well-being both within myself and within others. I am woman who has found the path of well-being and believe it is open to everyone. I am a guide, I am a friend, I am a mentor. This is who I am.
I have said that my center is a center with many walls. That of hospitals, holistic centers, libraries, offices, yoga studios, and homes. Its walls lie just beyond even my own comprehension. Whether speaking of my center, myself, or you, we all have limitless potential and the ability to manifest all that we desire in every aspect of our lives.
