Total cost of capital projects: $72.8 million

$45.2 million will be paid by New York
State.

$27.6 million will be paid by local taxpayers
over 20 years, just like a home mortgage.

The TVCSD started in 1966. It was envisioned that we would have a school
district that would provide a high quality education so the graduating
children would be competitive against other graduates and be able to gain
entrance into good colleges and universities.
